蓄热式热力燃烧炉(RTO) 的要害部件一蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体, 具有单位体积焕热面积大、传热快、气流阻力小,透热深度浅、热效率高等优点。
目前,蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体的孔型以方孔为主,在实际使用中,方孔蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体存有在以下两个问题:A.蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体的十字筋容易梗塞上下两层蜂窝陶瓷,从而加大蜂窝陶瓷的压降; B.由于气流通过蜂窝陶瓷直孔时,没有水平偏向的流动,无法包管横截面上气流的均匀性;所以造成实际的热接纳率要小于理论热接纳率。
为了解决以上方孔蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体普遍保存的问题,通过对蜂窝陶瓷产品的结构和生产工艺的立异,我公司开爆发产的蓄热式热力燃烧炉专用蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体一片状组合式蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体, 内部蜂窝结构接纳"T"形排列设计,取代了原有普通蜂窝陶瓷的“+”形方孔结构排列,解决了产品在使用历程中的堵孔情况;同时,内部蜂窝孔具有连通式结构,增加空隙率,减少气流压降,改善整个截面上气体漫衍,使气体漫衍更均匀,提高了设备热接纳效率。

Because the air flow through the straight holes of honeycomb ceramics Directional flow can not guarantee the uniformity of air flow on the cross section, so the actual heat recovery rate is less than the theoretical heat recovery rate.
In order to solve the common problems of honeycomb ceramic regenerator with square holes, through the innovation of the structure and production technology of honeycomb ceramic products, the honeycomb ceramic regenerator for regenerative thermal incinerator specially developed by our company is a piece-like composite honeycomb ceramic regenerator. The internal honeycomb structure is designed with "T" arrangement. In addition, the inner honeycomb hole has a connected structure, which can increase the void ratio, reduce the air pressure drop, improve the gas distribution on the whole section, make the gas distribution more uniform, and improve the heat recovery efficiency of the equipment.
